Chicken Potatoes Curry Puffs or Karipap Ayam is famous & known snacks or teatime delight dish prepared among the Malaysian,Singaporean even Indonesia. A mixture of delicious ingredients of chicken curry fillings with potatoes & enfolded in a buttery pasty, that leaves the taste of wanting more.
Curry puffs or Karipap fillings that we used are potatoes chopped into diced shaped and chicken meat preferred boneless or minced meat too can be used; you can also use beef or pork that would blend well!
Making the chicken potatoes curry puffs, you can either bake them too instead of deep frying. Only you just got to brush them with oil or egg wash all over the the curry puffs & set the temperature of the oven at 180 Celsius for 20-30 minutes until puffs turns golden brown.
