Ingredients Needed:
Chicken marination
Deboned chicken Beast
Soya sauce
4 cloves of crushed garlic
Salt and pepper
Mushroom sauce
Salted Butter
6 tbsp of all purpose flour
1 can of whole mushroom ( I didn’t add them into this video)
1-2 tbsp of soy sauce
concentrated chicken stock
1 tsp of ground black pepper
600ml of water
Coleslaw
250g cabbage
1 thinly sliced medium-sized carrot
1/2 cup of yougurt
1/2 cup of mayonaise
1/2 tsp of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
